Project Title: Your Blue Heart

Brief Synopsis: Queens, New York, circa 2000. Lito, a man in his 40s, begins an ordinary morning cooking breakfast, expecting a visit from his son, Rey. As the day goes on, Lito takes his pills, reads the paper, tidies the apartment—but Rey doesn’t show. Concerned, he tries to call him, but there's no answer. Later, while ironing clothes, Lito hears a noise from Rey’s room. He checks, but no one is there. Sitting on Rey’s bed, surrounded by childhood toys, Lito reflects on time and change. The toys suddenly vanish, leaving the room stark and empty. From the shadows, a grown-up Rey appears. Father and son sit together, quietly making peace. The next morning, Lito wakes alone on a bare mattress, clutching a photo of young Rey. He looks out the window, unsure if it was all a dream—then returns to the kitchen to begin another day.
