Moved to the area a few months ago and wanted to stay informed about local issues and events. I reached out through richmond times dispatch customer service to set up a subscription and ask about delivery options. The representative was friendly and explained the different packages available. The paper arrives on time each morning and the coverage of local government and community news has been thorough. I appreciate the focus on stories that larger outlets tend to overlook. It's become part of my daily routine and helps me feel connected to my new city.
