Brief Synopsis: This film brings together fragments of documents shot by the filmmaker about his grandfather, who was struck down by Alzheimer's disease. The film's first-person narrative experimentally articulates fragments of films shot in Italy and Brazil in 16 and Super 8, creating a parallel between a man who is losing his memory and the material that evokes a certain dreamed-of Italy, the one left by his ancestors, in the gesture of his grandfather's beloved tongue.
