Brief Synopsis: Flickering shapes and patterns drift across the screen, evoking fragmented memories, while the rhythmic noise of the metro amplifies feelings of movement through time and space. The work challenges the audience to navigate the liminal spaces between reality and perception, echoing themes of self-awareness and disconnection.

In this experimental animation, abstract visuals are fused with the ambient sounds of MTR ( The Hong Kong metro lines ), creating a sensory journey that invites the viewer to reflect on identity and consciousness. Inspired by Haruki Murakami’s “Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World,” the animation explores the boundaries between the external world and the inner self.
