Brief Synopsis: Chris Mandyl, a member of the rebel organization AtCel, has the blood of two civilians on his hands. Another attempt to replicate the government-issued drug DREAMER has failed. For years, AtCel have been trying to reproduce DREAMER in order to liberate the population of the futuristic city Nevi, where the totalitarian regime utilizes the drug to maintain its rule. Finally, the rebels see an opportunity to obtain the formula for DREAMER. With the help of Marie, information broker and owner of a VR club, they can oppose the brutal ministry troops. But Chris now stands face to face with the heavily dreamer-dependent Lieutenant Orlew, who has his own plans for the future of Nevi...
