Brief Synopsis: Ellen McNulty, Texan Ex-con working at a third-rate car rental agency, gets approached by a pregnant teenager trying to escape the state’s draconian abortion laws. Ellen decides to help the girl, but a pair of right-wing militiamen looking to collect the governor’s bounty on abortion seekers try to press Ellen for the girl’s location or threaten to turn Ellen in as well.
